At the request of Ron Makin’s attorney at the time (October 2020), a psychological evaluation was performed to assess Ron’s character and psychological profile to see what kind of person Ron is and whether he fit the profile of an arsonist, attention seeker, or troublemaker.
In all of Ron’s many harrowing ordeals relating to being falsely accused of starting the Meadows fire, his disabilities and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) rights have never been acknowledged nor respected in the court or by law enforcement.
